Engineer - Design

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end product design and development projects across all division entities.

• Translate customer requirements into functional and manufacturable designs through the creation and modification of 3D models and 2D technical drawings.

• Conduct research and develop innovative design solutions for new market sectors and advanced manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand design requirements and develop conceptual thermoformed product designs.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality assurance, and toolmakers to resolve project-related challenges, ensuring product quality and adherence to timelines.

• Ensure all design activities comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Support intellectual property initiatives by contributing to design documentation and analysis for patent applications

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Knowledge in 3D CAD modelling, software and 2D technical drafting (e.g., Unigraphics NX, SolidWorks).

• Creative, innovative, and proactive problem-solver.

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

• Effective team player with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and suppliers.

• Results-oriented and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
