What they need
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in structural design, precast concrete, or construction engineering is an advantage.
- Knowledge of structural analysis, reinforced concrete design, and relevant engineering standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software; familiarity with BIM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings, architectural plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of quality assurance, engineering documentation, and project management requirements.
