Engineer Electrical

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, public address systems, and network infrastructure.

• Manage low-voltage system cabling, equipment installation, and on-site project execution.

• Configure and optimize network devices, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.

• Supervise third parties (vendors/contractors) during the installation or repair of electrical systems.

• Support project implementation activities, including testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization according to project requirements.

• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including installation logs, test reports, technical presentations, and project progress reports

• Coordinate engineering design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Take responsibility for the construction management of electrical systems at the project site.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.

• Act as the technical point of contact during discussions with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

• Responsible for low-voltage system cabling, equipment installation, and on-site construction management.

• Ensure project completion meets quality standards, schedules, and budget targets.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering team members to ensure effective project execution.

• Provide technical expertise during business development and pre-sales activities.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems / Electronics & Control).

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a related field (managing electrical systems, low/high voltage, or automation).

• Technical Skills (Hard Skills):

1. Proficient in creating and reading technical drawings using AutoCAD (2D/3D).
2. Deep understanding of electrical panel systems, lighting installations, power distribution, pumps, and electric motors.
3. (Optional/Plus Value) Knowledge of industrial automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, or low-current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Data Networks).

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with national electrical standards such as PUIL or relevant international standards (IEC/ IEEE).

• Additional Skills (Soft Skills):

1. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in electrical systems.
2. Capable of working independently as well as effectively within a team.
3. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work under pressure during emergency situations (breakdowns).
4. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office.
