Engineer (Electrical) (Ref. EL/28/614)

We are an established M&E service contractor specializing in power upgrades, HVAC, and fire protection. We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Engineer to manage electrical design, installation, and power upgrade works for maintenance projects and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of electrical engineering, maintenance and AA&I Project under the Project Manager;
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution;
• Prepare tender preparation, cost estimation, corresponding documents and statutory submission, reports to track progress and identify potential issues;
• Ensure works compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards;
• Work closely with the client to attend site and progress meetings.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in site and contract management in Government Maintenance and Fitting Out Contract;
• Knowledge in BIM/MIMEP will be an advantage;
• Holding Registered Electrical Worker of Grade B or above;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical information;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently;
• Registered Electrical Worker of Grade B or above.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Less working experience / knowledge will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
