Engineer - Equipment Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

• Breakdown and preventive maintenance of injection molding shop and assembly line machines
• Maintenance of conveyors, press machines, stamping machines, electric ovens, motor shop equipment, and utility systems
• PLC troubleshooting, modification, and machine fault diagnosis
• Handling hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Maintenance of Fanuc control systems and conveyor systems
• Support for new machine commissioning, trials, spare planning, and shutdown maintenance
• Preparation and maintenance of MTTR, MTBF, machine availability, and maintenance KPI reports
• System documentation work using Excel, PPT, and maintenance analysis reports

Required Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge in electrical circuits and electrical drawings
• Experience in Mitsubishi PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Exposure to Keyence, Toshiba, Schneider Electric, and Yaskawa PLCs
• Hands-on experience in HMI, VFD, and machine troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Yaskawa robotics
• Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred
