Engineer- Execution

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, and other departments.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.
• Check line, level, dimensions, reinforcement, shuttering, RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
• Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site records.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure work is completed as per the project schedule and required quality.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of relevant site execution experience.
