Engineer Executive

About the role

Responsible for carrying out all jobs assigned, including reports on activities, analysis, accomplishments and problems related to engineering and technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment
• Oversee installation, operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all machinery and equipment
• Provide technical support in engine investigation and customer warranty claims, and provide findings and recommendations through Warranty Report to Quality Assurance
• Perform Configuration Audit as per EN9110 requirement
• Develop and revise Shop Instructions as per OEM engine manuals OHM, MM, IPC, CMM etc.
• Maintain and update Engineering Electronic Technical Library (EETL)
• Recommend engine and component modification as per OEM Service Bulletins CSL, CEB, SIL, COIL
• Coordinate and facilitate Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) to improve products and processes
• Perform operations support function including engineering drawing and analysis, data collections, and operations analysis for process improvement
• Perform shop development including analysis for new capability development and shop improvement such as introduction of new equipment, Mobile Engine Test Stand (METS)
