Engineer-Export Marketing -EHV

Role & responsibilities

• Handle export enquiries, tenders, and RFQs related to power transformers.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and tender documentation in coordination with internal teams.
• Review customer requirements, tender specifications, and commercial terms to ensure accurate bid submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance, PPC, and other relevant departments for technical inputs and quotation preparation.
• Liaise with international customers to understand requirements, clarify specifications, and follow up on enquiries and offers.
• Support business development initiatives to identify new export opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for order processing and execution after receipt of purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, enquiry trackers, quotation status reports, and export marketing documentation.
• Monitor tender deadlines, customer follow-ups, and commercial activities to ensure timely submissions.
• Support export order registration and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential customers and markets for power transformer products

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in handling export enquiries, tenders, and RFQs.
• Exposure to techno-commercial bidding and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of power transformers and electrical equipment.
• Experience in customer follow-ups, order registration, and order execution coordination.
