Engineer (Fire Service) (Ref. FS/28/615)

We are an established M&E service contractor specializing in power upgrades, HVAC, and fire protection. We are looking for a dedicated Fire Service Engineer to manage fire services design, installation, maintenance projects and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fire services engineering, maintenance, and AA&I projects under the Project Manager;
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution;
• Prepare tender preparation, cost estimation, corresponding documents and statutory submission, reports to track progress and identify potential issues;
• Ensure works compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, safety standards, and FSD requirements;
• Work closely with the client to attend site and progress meetings.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Fire Services Engineering;
• Minimum 4 years of Experience in fire protection systems, fire service installations, facilities engineering or building services engineering;
• Familiarity with Hong Kong Fire Services Department (FSD) requirements and fire service installation practices;
• Knowledge in BIM/MIMEP will be an advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical information;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Less working experience / knowledge will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
