Position : Engineer - Pune - Front Sales

Role and Responsibilities

• 1. Generate and manage enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants
• 2. Conduct discussions with customers to understand application requirements and positioning of our Control Valve solutions
• 3. Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals
• 4. Follow-up on submitted offers, and convert enquiries into orders
• 5. Lead price negotiations with customers, while maintaining profitability and ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies
• 6. Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and follow-up strategy
• 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term engagement
• 8. Visit customer sites as required for discussions, product positioning, or technical meetings
• 9. Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team
