Engineer (FS / P&D)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Fire Services and/or Plumbing & Drainage works from installation through testing and commissioning
• Review technical drawings, specifications, material submissions and method statements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and other building services disciplines
• Monitor site installation, progress, workmanship and quality
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections and handover activities
• Identify and resolve technical, interface and site coordination issues
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, relevant standards and statutory requirements
• Work closely with the project team to achieve programme, quality and safety objectives

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 4 years experience in Fire Services and/or Plumbing & Drainage systems
• Experience in large-scale building services, MEP or construction projects is preferred
• Solid experience in site coordination, installation and testing & commissioning
• Able to read and review technical drawings and specifications
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Candidates with contractor, subcontractor or consultancy backgrounds are welcome
