Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and management of Citrix-based environments to enhance workspace reliability and business continuity
• Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization, network, and access issues to minimize service disruptions and operational risk
• Configure Windows Server roles and integrate Active Directory for seamless authentication and user provisioning processes
• Collaborate across technical teams to implement best practices in virtualization and infrastructure health
• Analyze system performance metrics to drive targeted improvements in user experience and resource utilization
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs
• Contribute to continuous knowledge sharing and documentation for ongoing operational excellence

Core Technical Skills

• Primary Technologies: Citrix Fundamentals, Virtualization Basics, Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking Fundamentals, Basic Scripting
• Tools & Frameworks: Citrix Studio, Microsoft Management Tools, Remote Desktop Services
• Databases & Systems: Windows Server Platforms, Directory Services

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (eg, Azure, AWS)
• Basic understanding of security protocols and compliance

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 0 - 1 years of relevant industry experience
• Exposure to virtualization, Windows Server administration, Citrix environments, and foundational networking
