We are seeking an Engineer- HVAC with 2 years of experience to address resource gaps and to support and manage HVAC design in projects. We are therefore initiating a recruitment process to hire an Engineer - HVAC with 2 years of experience. The immediate hiring of a qualified HVAC Design Engineer is essential to address the current resource gap in our BU-01 team. The Engineer- HVAC plays a critical role in the design and development of mechanical building systems within the MEP framework, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

This position is responsible for translating project requirements and architectural concepts into functional HVAC system designs that align with technical specifications, sustainability goals, and client expectations. The role demands strong analytical and design capabilities to perform load calculations, equipment selection, ducting and piping design, and energy optimization while coordinating effectively with electrical, plumbing, fire, and architectural disciplines. The Engineer- HVAC contributes to all stages of the project life cycle- from concept and schematic design through detailed design and construction documentation- ensuring technical accuracy, constructability, and cost-effectiveness. Through innovation, attention to detail, and collaboration, this role supports the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and reliable MEP engineering solutions.
