Service Sales Executive (UPS System)

Exp- 3 -6 Yrs

Generate new business opportunities for service contracts, AMC/CMC, repairs, and maintenance services.

• Identify potential customers and develop new accounts through calls, visits, references, and leads.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with Partner.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with customers.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual service sales targets.
• Coordinate with service/technical teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Renew existing AMCs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• AMC Conversion for out of warranty contracts in WCR Category to improve business growth.
• Timely Conversion of WCR cases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, quotations, orders, and sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up from customers where required.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate for resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
