Role Description The Internship Bridges Engineer role is a 3 months full-time internship based on-site in Dubai with the possibility of gaining a full time position. Interns will assist senior engineers with bridge design and structural analysis tasks, supporting the development of drawings, calculations, and technical documentation. Daily activities may include reviewing design standards, preparing reports and spreadsheets, and helping with the coordination of bridge and rail-related projects. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, attending internal meetings, and contributing to project deliverables under guidance. Interns will gain exposure to industry tools, design codes, and best practices in bridge and structural engineering within a professional consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in structural engineering, including Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering.
• Knowledge of bridge-focused disciplines, such as Bridge Design and Bridges.
• Interest or background in transportation projects, particularly Rail Transport.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical standards.
• Basic proficiency with structural design and analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
