Job Summary

The Engineer – Land Development is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and implementation of land development projects for the company's farm, plant, warehouse, and infrastructure expansion. The role ensures that site development activities are executed efficiently, comply with engineering standards, and align with project timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Geodetic Engineering

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Geodetic Engineer is preferred

• With experience in land development, site development, construction, or infrastructure projects

• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, surveying software, and engineering design applications

• Strong analytical, project coordination, and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor land development and site preparation projects

• Conduct site assessments, engineering inspections, and feasibility evaluations

• Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, cost estimates, and project documentation

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government agencies regarding project requirements and permits

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, environmental regulations, and company policies

• Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and construction schedules

• Provide technical support for farm, warehouse, office, and plant expansion projects

• Prepare project accomplishment reports and recommend process improvements for land development initiatives
