Role & responsibilities
Before shift start take meeting with all QA inspector about previous day top issue & OQC 3F audit issue.
Cross audit all CTP/CTQ in all process
Assembly process audit cross verification (CRF, Inner liner, pre-assembly)
Cross check of assembly line critical stage 4M man power
Main assembly self and sequential cross audit
3F audit attain & focus to resolve.
Line stoppage daily report maintain
Export/new/ model FPA
Take meeting with CFT team for issue discussion & counter measure.
Analysis root cause of the same day running issue and controlling unload/reload cabinet with proper identification
Field failure action/One-point lesson /S&S inspection fix on line to control defect
Critical process monitoring & control
Preferred candidate profile
