- Develop the supplier for small automation in process to reduced manpower /setup time etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare the Plant Maintenance personnel training & Skill improvement plant.
- Implement cost saving ideas in machine spares maintenance / procurement.
- Support the Plant Maintenance for Machine breakdown issue & get the solution for YC Maintenance Division.
- Maintain and timely update breakdown record, breakdown slip, logbook, machine history sheet, Preventive Record, Predictive record, spare parts list, service record, utility reports, tool change record etc.
- Maintain the all types of Maintenance related activities like:- preventive Maintenance, spare parts handling, machine's electrification's related works.
