Engineer Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

1. Detailed Knowledge on PLC programming ladder logic i.e. Mitsubishi, Delta.

2. Detailed knowledge on servo installation & commissioning i.e. Mitsubishi.

3. Proficiency in HMI designing i.e.. Mitsubishi, proface, Weinview.

4. Reading and interpreting the Electrical and Pneumatic diagrams.

5. knowledge on VFD installation & commissioning.

6. Managing stocks and supply of Machinery equipments.

7. Responsible to improve manufacturing Efficiency by Automate Processes and safety.

8. Finish Tasks/Projects within Time Bound.

9. Maintain Relevant Audit Documents (e.g History card, RCA,Periodic Preventive Maintenance, OEE, MTTR,MTBF) .

10. Experience in Installation, Start-up, Commissioning & Programming.

11. Wiring and testing of Control Panels.

12. Troubleshoot all equipment and Diagnose any malfunctions in the machine.

13. Extensive knowledge of Pneumatics and Electrical Circuit and wiring.

14. Daily monitoring of Machine Efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Ideally would require a candidate with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience from a manufacturing unit with flair to achieve its set objectives.

2. Needs to demonstrate good man management skills while being able to multitask and work in cross functional teams

3. Needs to have proven capability in driving cost initiatives, problem solving.

4.Must demonstrate strong leadership, team building, interpersonal & analytical skills

5.PLC Programming, HMI designing, Servo and VFD commissioning & Troubleshooting. Control panel wiring. Analysis and Documentation.

6. Diploma or B.E / B.tech in Electrical & Electronics & Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC Programming Field
