Engineer Manager

1. To maintain all machinery, utilities and facilities in the factory in good working condition which includes trouble-shooting, upgrade and improvement.

2. To implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve OEE.

3. To in- charge of landscaping maintenance and factory upkeep.

4. To manage, control, plan and inspect vendor’s works.

5. To manage, control, plan, organize and train mechanical & electrical team members.

6. To study, investigate and prepare modification or upgrade mechanical, electrical and electronic system.

7. To plan, implement and arrange daily activities for mechanical & electrical team members.

8. To manage, control, upgrade mechanical, electrical and electronic spare-parts and draw where necessary.

9. To do in house equipment repairing and upgrading.

10.To lead and supervise predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting

11.To maintain, trouble-shoot, upgrade, implement preventive maintenance and utility and facility of factory.

12.To lead and supervise work order, scheduling, planning, breakdown maintenance, trouble shooting, system operation and inspection

13.To ensure all mechanical, electrical and electronic installation are according to machine manufacturing and maintenance standard operating standard.

14.To produce and draft CAD drawings using Auto CAD and Solidworks or any other software.

15.To create and compile drawings and create bill of materials (BOM).

16.To design mechanical parts/ equipment based on instruction given and create BOM (bill of materials).

17.To comply with requirements in management system such as in ISO9001 for continuous improvement

18.To coordinate with other departments such as production department and electrical department to minimise the downtime when carry out breakdown and preventive maintenance

19.To comply with purchasing and finance requirements when dealing with vendors / contractors for service or procurement matters

20.To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.

21.New duties may be added and existing ones deleted as and when requirements change.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical).
• Candidate without above academic qualifications but with years of working experience in design/drafting is encouraged to apply.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
• Good knowledge and hand-on experience in Auto Cad 3D & 2D and Solidworks.
• Full time position.
• With good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn & independent.
