• Lead and manage the product engineer developer teams, including hiring, training, guidance and performance KPI evaluations.  Product design development management
• Reviews and approves product design solutions for compliance with customer requirements, quality standards and time constraints.
• Lead project evaluation, project start-up, project progress, project coordination, project summary work.
• Improve the company's design specifications and product standards, set up the department's workflow and review procedures to ensure the rigor and safety of the design work, to prevent losses caused by management loopholes.
• Overall responsibility for development timelines and project budgets for the Engineering R&D department.

Engineering support and guidance

• Focus on project risk identification during the development phase. Resolve technical issues and challenges during the product design process, providing technical support and guidance.
• Provide design improvement suggestions to optimize product performance and cost-effectiveness.  Quality control
• Supervise quality control during the product design process to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Technical analysis of customer complaints about the product, through the design of improvements, improve product performance and quality.  Engineering Communication
• Communicate with external and internal customers in a timely manner to ensure that design work is completed with high quality and efficiency within the set timeline.
• Coordinate resources to respond to the respective resource issues of product development.  New Technology development
• Conduct market and competitive research to understand industry trends and the latest technological development.
• Organize research and development of new products, new materials and new processes to improve the technical content and market competitiveness of the company's products;  Other work Complete other technical tasks assigned by the Director of China Engineering Center.
