Qualification Required :

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, tooling, automation, or quality systems.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PLC programming, or control systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills are advantageous for stakeholder engagement.
• Self-motivated, innovative, team-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities (Position-Specific):

1) Tooling & Process Design Engineer

• Design and develop accurate tooling, dies, and fixtures to support manufacturing needs.
• Conduct DFM reviews and collaborate with mold makers and process teams for tooling improvements.
• Optimize tooling and process parameters to enhance yield, cycle time, and tool durability.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed tooling documentation and track modifications and performance.
• Support new product launches via tooling design, testing, and validation activities.

2) Automation Engineer

• Lead automation projects, including robotic systems, jigs, and fixtures to enhance production efficiency.
• Explore and implement new technologies for process automation and cost reduction.
• Design and fabricate automation equipment, manage project timelines from concept to commissioning.
• Troubleshoot automation systems and provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
• Document system control logic, SOPs, and safety procedures for automation solutions.

3) Industrial & Process Engineer

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop improvement plans.
• Implement new processes and optimize existing ones using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Conduct process validation, capability studies, and root cause analysis to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Create work instructions, standard operating procedures, and train operators.
• Monitor key process KPIs and lead continuous process enhancements.

4) Quality Assurance (QA/QC) Engineer

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
• Lead internal audits and assist in external certification processes (ISO, TS16949).
• Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop inspection plans, testing procedures, and maintain detailed quality records.
• Conduct training for staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.

5) Maintenance & Facility Engineer

• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation problems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and update SOPs for maintenance activities and safety compliance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate equipment upgrades and installation.
• Ensure the plant environment, safety systems, and utilities are properly maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Lead safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections.
