Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Engineer – Manufacturing Engineer in Chennai

What a typical day looks like:

• Create Work Instruction for New Product and Update Work Instruction for Engineering Changes
• Support Cycle time estimation study and NRE estimation (NRE) estimation for Request for Quote (RFQ) preparation
• Create Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis for New product
• Support for PR Creation and follow-up
• Support for NPI and its documentation
• Prepare Daily plan / production downtime analysis report, Industrial engineering Cycle time calculation report
• Prepare Over all equipment efficiency report (OEE) and Equipment utilization report

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• B.E. (EEE/ECE) graduate with (4-7) years of experience as a NPI/SMT, Process Engineer in Manufacturing set up, Preferably in EMS Industry
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic components
• Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY.
• Working Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Good team player Minimum 4- 7 years of experience as a in a Manufacturing set up, preferably in EMS industry.
