Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering

Experience: 3-5 years (Manufacturing Engineering experience only)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize assembly manufacturing processes.
• Perform line balancing, capacity planning, and layout planning.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke initiatives.
• Conduct APQP, PFMEA, process validation, and risk assessments.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA actions.
• Support automation projects, SPM implementation, and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
