About the role
A leading equipment distributor in APAC is expanding its local operations in Hong Kong. The role involves handling client inquiries, visiting client offices for system setup and support, and collaborating with senior engineers on new product development.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Visit client offices for new system setup or to address inquiries
- Collaborate with HQ's senior engineer on new product development and to address inquiries
- Occasional travel to Mainland China and other Asian countries as required
About you
- Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related disciplines
- Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- At least 2 years' experience in the thermal systems or automation industry
- Knowledge of precision machine design, CFD, or thermal modeling tools
