Engineer Mechanical Maintenance

Leads plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance while ensuring EHS, quality, and timelines. Skilled in handling presses, kilns, mixers, and utilities. Manages projects, spares, audits, and cross-functional coordination with strong SAP and AutoCAD knowledge.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical from reputed college

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years

Preferred: Work experience in refractory bricks manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Following, respecting & establishing all EHS standards, guidelines & protocols in workplace

• Manpower and other resources management

• Preventive Maintenance of equipments as per PM plan

• Ensuring the inspection & plant maintenance is being executed using proper techniques.

• Ensuring adherence to planned cost & timeline.

• Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the equipment.

• Ensuring jobs are executed in safely as per company protocols & with required quality.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics

• Basic knowledge on mechanical equipment .

• Experience on plant maintenance both preventive and predictive.

• Experience of spare parts management.
