ENGINEER (MELAKA)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware checkout, verification, and qualification activities for ERTP (Electronic Release to Production) projects.

• Analyze SWR results, test data, and datalogs to ensure hardware performance meets specifications. [

• Conduct hardware setup, validation, and troubleshooting for production release activities.

• Operate semiconductor test equipment and handlers for data collection and verification processes.

• Perform hot and cold temperature testing and evaluate test results ,engineering equiment such as thermostream

• Generate qualification reports, technical documentation, and release records.

• Investigate hardware failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Work closely with engineering and project teams to support new product qualification and release activities.

• Provide weekly project updates and progress reports to the project manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in semiconductor testing, hardware validation, or manufacturing engineering will have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of semiconductor test processes, hardware qualification, and production release activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in test data analysis and technical report preparation is preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering systems such as TDS, TSM, TPMS, ATSS, SharePoint, or related platforms is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on a shift basis.

Working Location

• Based at Texas Instruments Electronics Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (TIEM), Melaka.

Contract Duration

• 2-Year Contract
