What they need
- New parts review with R&D team.
- 3d mould design.
- New mould design DFM with CFT.
- Mould parts and electrode MSP with CFT.
- BOM Items prepration.
- Child's parts and electrode detailing (2d drawing).
- New sap code creation for mould capitalization.
- Modification and rectification.
- DMG support.
- Hdwr,Guwahati ,Kotputli plant support (mould maintenance and modification).
- Outsource mould DFM and mould design checking.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molds.
- Good understanding of plastic materials and shrinkage.
- Knowledge of mold construction and standard components.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC, EDM and WEDM manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of mold trial and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of tolerance, fits and clearances.
- Ability to read and interpret customer 2D/3D data.
