Engineer (MVAC/BS) (Ref. EBS/28/587)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
• Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
• Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings;
• Assist in prepare of payment, variation claim and negotiation;
• Participate in other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline;
• At least 2 years’ experience in execute MVAC Maintenance and A&A works, preferable with MIMEP work experience;
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
