Engineer / NPI Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

• Manage overall activities in product development and NPI programs in the Engineering department and help other departments in areas of improvement and solution.

• Provide engineering support for continuous improvement in developing new products that meets customer requirements.

• Prepare BOM, manufacturing instruction, Product work instruction and other related documents for new product process control.

• Liaise with vendors / customers on new product-related issue.

• Design and fabricate jig and fixture to support production process to ensure stability and consistency is obtain during processing.

• Practice 5’S and follow company’s safety regulations.

• Assist the company to achieve and maintain ISO 9001 : 2015.

• Carry out other assignment required by superior.

   REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Minimum Diploma  or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent.

• Able to work independently on identifying, planning, executing, reviewing and driving projects and delivering the intended results that aligning with the Company’s growth direction.

• Strong Coordinating Skills to Communicate well with different department, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other functional groups to achieve desired results.

• AutoCAD, Solid Work, MS Office.

• Knowledge on BOM, RFQ, PFMEA required.

• Knowledge in assembly jig & equipment and designing field for new process in contract manufacturing field.
