Engineer / NPI Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

• Provide engineering support for continuous improvement in existing process to optimize yield, quality, productivity and cost reduction
• Prepare process instruction, work instruction and other related documents for production process control
• Liaise with vendors / customers on product-related issues and customer's complaints
• Establish process control, analyze process flow and trouble shooting
• Handle product and process transfer from customer
• Design and fabricate jig and fixture to support production process to ensure stability and consistency is obtain during processing
• Responsible to update & maintain ERP database
• Carry out other assignment required by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess tertiary education preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment
• CAD Knowledge
• Able to work independent with a minimal supervision
• Related Engineering Courses
• ISO 9001: 2015 QMS Awareness Training
