Responsibilities And Tasks

• Timely oversee the production line status(Tool, WIP...) and cooperate for best production performance (Output, cycle time...)
• Analysis production related data and provide strategy dynamically to achieve Prod. related KPI Goal
• Continuously improvement such as workload reduction Lost time RPT OI scheduling Q-time control...ect.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.( Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide guide line priority to be focused by a given timeline)

‧ Demonstrated excellence in teambuilding, mentoring and coaching
