Engineer Onsite

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise the engineering and maintenance team.
2. Plan, schedule, and oversee the operation of building equipment and machinery.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure all systems are maintained effectively and on time.
4. Prepare and manage budgets related to electricity, utilities, machinery, and engineering operations.
5. Monitor and maintain engineering systems in common areas.
6. Prepare energy consumption reports and energy conservation documentation in compliance with the Energy Conservation Act for submission to the Ministry of Energy, in coordination with the property management team.
7. Maintain engineering manuals, system documentation, and all related technical records.
8. Support and drive facility management initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Engineering License required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building engineering, maintenance, or property management
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and building engineering systems
• Leadership skills with experience supervising technicians and contractors
• Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in luxury residential, condominium, or high-rise building operations will be an advantage
