Engineer (Operations/ Process) Dip/Deg in Engrg /Material Sci field/Entry-level!

Post 1) Engineer (Operation)

• Assist in production line to ensure smooth production and resolve issues arising from work.
• Help to keep the production line smooth and stable so as to ensure good quality products being produced.
• Identify problems and solve them within efficient and effective time management.

Post 2) Engineer (Process)

The process engineer is responsible for process design, operations and implementation to improve industrial
processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability and maximize profitability

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade system and processes.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve productivity and quality of output.
  Perform process simulations.
• Manage cost and time constraints.

Post 3) Engineer (Sputter process dept)

• Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to achieve higher capacity .
  Adjust the sputtering parameter to maintain high-quality output and minimizing defects.
• After Machine PM & changed material, perform conditioning to achieve guzik and start Mass production ASAP.
• Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
• Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials and reducing waste.
• Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues.
• Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Base on data analysis , make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality.
• Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronic, Material Science or any related engineering field (Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply).
• Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or similar industry
• A good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good analytical skills in problem solving
• Responsive to environment changes and able to commit to OT when required for operational purposes.
