- Consolidate complex datasets to produce high-stakes weekly and monthly "Industrial Performance Governance" reports for the COEO and Executive Leadership.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to conduct rigorous pre-gate cost-benefit analyses and ROI simulations to ensure only financially viable and strategically aligned projects reach the "Gate Approval" stage.
- • Systematically track project progress, scope compliance and actual spending (CAPEX/OPEX) against baselines, identifying fiscal variances before they become critical failures.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to engineer data-driven mitigation plans for cost overruns and schedule slippages (SPI/CPI intervention).
- Enforce "best-in-class" project accounting protocols, ensuring all Project Managers utilize unified financial templates and standardized KPIs.
- Serve as the internal auditor for the Continuous Improvement pipeline, ensuring projects are properly triggered, prioritized, and executed within the established OEx framework.
- Provide data-driven insights into project risks, specifically translating technical bottlenecks and schedule delays into "Financial Impact" projections.
- Execute post-implementation audits to verify that completed projects delivered the promised industrial performance and technical ROI.
- Support on research and deployment of advanced project management tools (AI-analytics, automated forecasting) to enhance the precision of the OEx execution engine.
- Feed the "Lessons Learned" repository, ensuring technical insights are structured and accessible for future industrialization cycles.
Qualification and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, Mechanic Engineering or Production Engineer, Electrical Engineer and preferred MBA or master’s degree in project management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+years in industrial project control, industrial engineering or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a manufacturing environment in steel industry (Steel, Oil & Gas).
