Engineer or Architect

We're Hiring: Engineer or Architect – Project Coordinator

Availability: Must be willing to travel across the island

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a university degree in Architecture.
• Experience conducting inspections of projects, construction sites, or facilities.
• Ability to use computers, applications, and digital platforms to document inspections and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera is preferred but not required.
• Ability to identify findings and communicate observations clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and document observed conditions.
• Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date digital records.
• Follow up on findings identified during inspections.
• Participate in project coordination and progress meetings.
• Provide updates on inspection status, findings, and outstanding items.
• Coordinate with the project team on matters related to site visits and inspection results.
• Perform other duties related to the position as needed to support project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
