Engineer (P&S) – HDB Project Experience Required

About the role

Supervise and coordinate Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for HDB projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and authority requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily site activities to ensure progress and quality meet project timelines
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors to resolve technical and site issues promptly
• Prepare, review, and update technical drawings, method statements, and material submissions
• Conduct inspections and ensure workmanship meets HDB standards and specifications
• Manage testing and commissioning of P&S systems
• Ensure all works comply with HDB, PUB, and other relevant authority regulations
• Support the project team in documentation, reporting, and project handover processes

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant P&S experience, with at least 1 year in HDB projects
• Strong knowledge of HDB, PUB, and relevant authority requirements
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site tasks
