ENGINEER PRODUCTION

Responsibilities for Production Engineer

1. Plan and control the production schedule and ensure output and quality meeting standards and target.

2. Develop, prepare, and maintain production documentation, procedures and technical guidance and solutions for all staff.

3. Plans, direct and coordinates activities to ensure all resources are well-prepared, production output and target are met efficiently and KPI objectives are accomplished.

4. Developing trial and test programs using a variety of analytical tools and equipment and other best techniques to optimize equipment, processes, facilities, and operator technical ability.

5. Identify and propose continuous improvements, enhancements, changes. study, research and reviews on equipment and products.

6. Review, design, maintain and develop best practices of production processes and system improvement.

7. Work closely with engineers and participate collaboratively to solve complex production problems.

8. Collect, analyze, summarize, and present production and process data, information and trends to management.

9. Minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity.

10. Advice, support and assist production team and work on a cross functional team with other departments.

11. Acting as Liaison person with parent companies that regularly preparing updates and reports to Management/HQ in Japan.

12. Lead, develop and mentor production team and perform any other duties and when assigned by Management.

Qualifications;

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic, Chemical or any engineering related

2. Have knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical measuring equipment.

3. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

4. Proficient languages in Bahasa Malaysia, English

5. Candidates with Japanese language proficiency will have an added advantage.
