Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize production downtime.

Define tooling requirements for different coil geometries and sizes.

Coordinate preventative maintenance with the technician team.

Quality & Testing Control

Enforce quality protocols for brazing and assembly joints.

Manage leak testing procedures using helium or pressure methods.

Analyze defect data to resolve root causes of coil failures.

Ensure compliance with ISO and industry manufacturing standards.
