Engineer Production / Quality / Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of production lines by monitoring and maintaining equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, production engineering, operation maintenance, electrical engineering or related field.
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and industrial automation principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
