Engineer - Program Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams for prototype projects.
• Manage end-to-end program execution from RFQ stage to prototype delivery.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
• Prepare and review quotations, cost sheets, and commercial proposals.
• Track and monitor project progress against timelines, cost, and quality targets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential customers and participating in technical & commercial discussions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the prototype and sales process.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Production) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or sales, preferably in the prototype / EMS / sector.
• Strong understanding of prototype manufacturing processes, materials, and timelines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
