What You'll Be Doing

Join our project team and gain hands-on exposure to data center projects, supporting tender preparation, cost planning, procurement, and project delivery. Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors while developing your project coordination and commercial skills.

• Coordinate and manage project administration activities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare tender documents, perform quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and budget planning.

• Support project submissions, client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

• Monitor project budgets, cost control, variation orders (VO), progress claims, and payment processes.

• Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier and subcontractor quotations, purchase orders, and claim management.

• Prepare project correspondence and ensure contractual documentation is properly maintained.

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless communication.

• Coordinate site activities, manpower allocation, and logistics arrangements with site personnel.

• Track project milestones, delivery schedules, and project performance to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

• Perform any other duties assigned to support project and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with project administration or engineering experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and support projects involving China-based stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, including single-line diagrams and technical plans.
• Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight project deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation for work-related travel.
