Engineer - Project

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
• For senior-level roles, lead large-scale, complex, or strategically significant engineering projects, ensuring effective execution and successful outcomes.
• Develop, communicate, and implement project execution plans; monitor project progress against milestones and performance targets, and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays.
• Prepare project estimates for costs, resources, and timelines; allocate resources and assign responsibilities to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Technical, Drafting, Manufacturing, and other operational functions, to secure necessary expertise and support.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into project activities and delivery of agreed service standards.
• Lead project review meetings and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders; establish priorities, allocate work, and coordinate project team activities to meet key milestones and deliverables.
• Coach, mentor, and support project team members, providing guidance and facilitating effective problem-solving and professional development.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant Engineering field.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Project Management, Machine and Process Validation/ Qualification, as well as Engineering Change/Change Control process.
• Must be having experience in manufacturing field (not construction field).
• Must be able to lead a team.
• Experience in mechanical and automation engineering is preferred.
