Engineer/ Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the overall day-to-day coordination and site management of building construction projects.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project operations.
• Handle technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage contract administration, including measurement, valuation, and variation order processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Building Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification working experience gained with a main contractor in Hong Kong.
• Solid hands-on experience and familiarity working on Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA) and/or Architectural Services Department (ASD) projects will be a definite advantage.
• Proactive, well-organized, with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
