Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with project specifications, ISO standards and client requirements.
2. Coordinate and monitor QA/QC activities for CSA or MEP works throughout all construction phases.
3. Conduct inspections, witness testing, and verify completed works comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs and method statements.
4. Prepare, review and maintain QA/QC documentation including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), material approvals, inspection records, NCRs, RFIs and quality reports.
5. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely close-out of NCRs and corrective actions.
6. Monitor incoming materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved specifications and project requirements.
7. Perform daily site quality inspections and compile daily, weekly and monthly quality performance reports.
8. Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality procedures.
9. Participate in testing and commissioning activities by ensuring all quality documentation and inspections are completed before handover.
10. Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives across the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or others related engineering.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of active on-site experience in HVAC or mechanical building services projects.
