Engineer- QA/QC- ECE

Monday to Friday ~ 7:00AM- 4:00PM

Location: Ma-a Davao City

(1) QA/QC- ECE

• Documentation and Planning: Develops and implements project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) plans, quality control (QC) plans, and Method Statements.
• Inspections and Testing: Performs daily site inspections, coordinates third-party testing, and conducts material inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
• Material Verification: Ensures all materials brought to the site meet approved specs and are stored properly.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identifies, documents, and resolves non-conformance issues by raising NCRs and implementing corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly quality inspection reports and maintains updated documentation (as-built drawings, test records).
• Coordination: Acts as the primary contact for quality issues with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Final Inspection: Performs final inspection punch lists and ensures all requirements are met for project handover.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Rigorously checking for defects and deviations in construction processes.
• Communication: Effectively interacting with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to address non-conformances.
• Problem-Solving: Conducting root cause analysis for quality issues and proposing corrective actions.
• Assertiveness: Ensuring compliance with quality standards even under tight deadlines.
• 3 to 5 years experience
• English, Tagalog, Bisaya is required.
• Must have valid license.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
