We're Hiring: QC Engineer SAP QM

At Prothya Biosolutions , we develop life-saving plasma-derived medicines that improve the lives of millions of patients worldwide. As a growing international biopharmaceutical company, we are looking for a QC Engineer SAP QM to strengthen our Quality Control team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global Supervisor QC Stability & Master Data , you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP QM master data and processes.

You will ensure the proper operation and maintenance of SAP QM and related interfaces in close collaboration with the ICT department. As a key partner for SAP QM projects, you will help guarantee compliance with cGMP standards and support the timely release of pharmaceutical products that meet both European and US quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Take ownership of SAP QM procedures, master data, and workflows.

✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP QM-related projects.

✅ Collaborate with ICT and business stakeholders to ensure efficient system performance and maintenance.

✅ Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify SAP QM processes.

✅ Support quality compliance in line with European and US cGMP regulations.

✅ Contribute to business continuity through reliable and effective quality systems.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP QM.
• Experience in Master Data Management is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Fluent in French or Dutch .
