Engineer, Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical & Electrical)

To be eligible for this role, you will require :

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering or building services.
2. Must be knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical services design for building services.
3. Minimum3-5 years of relevant experience in contract administration.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

1. To comply with the provisions for the collection of tender documents such as adequacy of tender documentation fees, provision of authorisation letters etc.
2. To carry out pre-tender planning.
3. To check and verify the quantities in the bills, Taking off, tabulating, extracting and billing.
4. To check, enquire and interpret market intelligence.
5. To carry out competitor analysis.
6. To complete technical & commercial submission.
7. To prepare procurement schedule for subcontractor / supplier.
8. To progress payment to subcontractor
9. To identify of possibilities of increasing revenue by claims, increase of profitable items etc.
10. To check and respond if necessary to all correspondences from subcontractor/ clients/ consultants
