Engineer (Rides Maintenance)

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for project management, safety issues and maintenance work of Amusement Rides. He/she will handle rides’ improvement projects including tendering, testing & commissioning and staff training after system handover; manage all departmental safety issues and related training; maintain and update the preventive maintenance software “Maximo” with regular reporting; oversee the show quality team in daily work scheduling.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Building Services disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in E & M projects or maintenance works with good knowledge of plant maintenance/ operations and general workshop practice
• Good safety knowledge background and valid certification in safety industry is an advantage
• Good analytical skills, self-motivation, attention to detail and rational thinking - Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Valid driving license class 1 & 2 is an advantage
• Keen at Autocad drawing, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Powerpoint, etc.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin and Cantonese
• Able to perform shift duties and work at height when required
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as “Assistant Engineer”
