Engineer (Semiconductor)

Working day: 5 days/per week

Location: Singapore (working visa will be provided by the company)

About the Role and Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure machine and process integrity is maintained to support smooth production operations.
• Monitor process performance using SPC and real-time monitoring systems.
• Participate in and execute process improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and process stability.
• Handle lot disposition and on-hold lots in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the production area.
• Support recipe setup, verification, and qualification for production.
• Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Perform engineering data collection, analysis, and reporting as required.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor processes.
• Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and flexibility to work under various shift patterns.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, any related experience is a plus
• Ready to relocate to Singapore with a valid working visa.
